The company leadership is in the faithful hands of Willow Pryor, a futurist by training. Willow brings her experience of working in a diverse number of sectors to KEP where she both oversees the direction of the company as well as ensuring Clients are effectively working towards their preferred project goal. Willow enjoys supporting clients to effectively navigate complex projects and business changes.

The company founder, Vincent, has over 15 years of experience in the power generation, mining & minerals, oil & gas and other heavy industries. Ranging from site to design-offices, for manufacturers, consultants and operators.

In recent years Vincent has been diversifying in the Renewable Energy Industry, where he has done work in Biogas and Solar energy.

Vincent is an RPEQ Electrical Engineer, has RPEng status and is a member of SENG (Sustainable Engineering Society-hosted by Engineers Australia)
