After years working for several consultancies ranging from big to small, Vincent (the founding director), saw that there was a common theme concerning project success or failure. The common theme being communication and people handling with mismatched interests; ie the lack of a shared vision.
In his experience, Vincent felt there was a disconnect between what a Client wants and what was actually delivered by the supplier. A supplier being a consultant, a site contractor or a supplier of goods. It is Vincent’s belief that this disconnect stems from miscommunication and a misalignment between scope and goals, of the different parties involved.
With the vision of "this must be done better!" Vincent started KEP solutions, in order to make a positive change on how professional services are delivered in the industry.
KEP’s aim is to facilitate clear and effective communication between Client and Supplier enabling a cooperative environment where the Client’s goals and scope are well understood.
